PARTIAL PLANNING
Our Partial Planning package combines day-of coordination with month-to-month guidance so you can feel confident and supported every step of the way.​

• Wedding planning guide
• Review of all vendor contracts to ensure alignment with your vision and expectations
• Comprehensive wedding day timeline
• Two planning meetings:
– Anytime check-in to discuss questions and updates
– Month-before meeting and venue visit to review logistics
• Week-of confirmation of all vendor arrivals, deliverables, and timelines
• Coordination and management of all suppliers on the wedding day
• Supervision of the full day’s flow, including ceremony, photos, and reception
• Handling of any unforeseen issues so you can fully enjoy your day
• Coordinator presence until dessert or the first dance
